Not super happy. The lowest setting still pumps out 5 pumps which makes it too bubbly and uses up so much more gas than if I did it manually. Can’t imagine what setting 2 and 3 would do to the water! As a result of not being able to control the number of pumps, the canister ran out in less than two weeks, whereas before it would last over a month.

The Gas tank is already empty after one week!

Hello there,
why is the gas tank already empty after a week of using it, 2 bottles made per day using the 2 drops button... I cant believe it goes so fast. I used to have one in the Uk and I used one refill for at least 3 months...

You need your bubbles! We have 2 tips for you. Make sure you are using cold water, this carbonates best. If the water out of your tap is not cold enough, fill the bottle ahead of time and leave in the fridge to carbonate later. Also, make sure that after you put the lid on you close tightly so the bubbles don't escape. Still having issues? Give our sparkling specialists a call at 1.800.763.2258

The One Touch is a great product. We opted for it in lieu of the cordless version thinking we'd need different carbonation levels. But it appears we prefer the medium setting. Perhaps the regular Fizz version would have sufficed.
Reason for the 4 star review is that as many warnings have been enclosed the directions for use were very sparse with only a small card showing diagrams with arrows. YouTube was needed to see how to insert the water bottle. This definitely could have been better described IMO.
