What took so long?

We should have picked up a SodaStream months (years) ago. Not sure what took us so long to get one! We use it just about every day.
I should add that there were a few messes to start, where we did not securely attach the bottle to the machine and water went everywhere. I wish there was a more demonstrative "click" when attaching. But other than that, no complaints.

Love it now but at first did not as I couldn’t get it to “fizz”. Sheet with illustrated instructions that came with it was not helpful & it was only after 3 phone calls to the company that I finally was successful thanks to your great customer service.
Now I love it & so happy I no longer need to buy & lug home the bottled seltzer.

Sprays water all over the counter

We were excited about the soda stream, but about 50% of the time it overflows immediately and sprays water all over our counter. We are not overfilling the bottle, it seems as though the connection is just sort of wobbly no matter what we do. I don't know if we got a lemon, or if this is how it operates, but it's a bummer since we like it in concept!

Not fizzy enough

Hard to make fizzy enough. I use very cold water. Have to pump at least 10 3-second presses and it is never as dizzy as canned seltzer

Glass bottles not holding up

Bought the extra glass bottles and after 2 months 1is chipped at the top so I can’t use it to fizz the water and one broke ! Disappointed

not repairable

It was great when I first got it. but the rubber sealing gasket (where the bottle attached to the unit) has failed. It leaks air/water, now I get very little to no carbonation, just the flavor of carbonated water that has gone flat. This part, as far as I can tell, is not sold anywhere. Your unit is good for a couple years, then it is trash.

Family loves it

I bought this for my husband for his birthday because he loves to drink seltzer, but my whole family is obsessed with this. It is so easy to use and it works well. I should have gotten more bottles!
