Love having it, but it leaks a lot

This is very useful if you are tired of spending money on canned fizzy water. There are three settings - low fizz, medium fizz, and high fizz. I have not passed the fill line on my bottles and the medium fizz always makes the bottles leaks during the carbonation process. Disappointed that I always have to wipe up my counter. Will only use the low fizz setting or have to underfill the bottles.

Good Bubbles but confusing

The bubbles are great but the operation is confusing you need to sit the bottles several times before it realizes it is there and starts the process.

Cheap plastic design

I purchased the black one touch Fizzi online. Compared to the white/silver/square/heavier model (??) a family member got 2-3 years ago (and highly recommended), the Fizzi looks and feels quite cheap out of the box. Except for some hidden screws and the tip of the CO2 injector, it’s ALL plastic. As for one touch, it actually takes me a couple firm presses of the rubber buttons to get the unit to “wake up” and start the process. Maybe a bad unit and/or buttons need to get worked in? Disappointed and waiting to see if I need to return.

Love the glass

I love soda stream and I love glass bottles however these bottles are too small and the glass style charging process is cumbersome. Plus one cannot view the water being carbonated which is annoying. If I didn’t hate plastic bottles I would return the unit for the style I had previously (replaced due to plastic failure).

Great service

Our first Soda Stream broke after only 10 months and we were very disappointed. However, customer service made it right and sent us a replacement. We love the convenience of the Soda Stream and not having all the seltzer cans going into the trash.
