Faulty Catch

The one thing consistent is it's inconsistency. Please reconfigure the catch or create a beacon of light that lets you know the bottle is attached. As John Travolta once said-"could be lunch meat, could be peaches". He also said- "I believe in love and marriage, but not necessarily with the same person.” Married to soda stream but not in love with this model.

It doesn't work

Nothing about this system works. The gas cylinders don't attach and then leak gas until out. When I get it in tight, then I add the bottle, it fizzes til the water is basically undrinkable because of how much gas comes out. And it doesn't stop. This is an unworkable product, and I intend to see if I can get my money back.

Everyone loves it. Takes a bit to get the correct amount of flavor drops for each person. Once they figured that out, everything was smooth sailing.

High setting explosion

I love that I can chose between the levels of carbonation, but HIGH caused the water to explode out of the bottle and I couldn't stop the process until it was completed and my counter soaked. No, I did not overfill the bottle. I now only use the MEDIUM setting...no more mess! Love my sodastream!!

Great Customer Support

I had a problem and reached out to Customer support. I have never had a prompt and successful support such as the one Soda stream provided. They went out of their way to fix the problem quickly. The problem was a bad cylinder and they quickly replaced it with two fully charged cylinders. Terfic support!!

Nice product with shipping issues

The first Aqua Fizz arrived in a triple carton that had been hit during shipping. The top of the Aqua Fizz had popped out and there was cosmetic damage. Soda Stream shipped a second Aqua Fizz in a double carton that was intact but the top had popped out of the Aqua Fizz again. I popped the top back in. I will run the unit and will verify that it works OK. The Aqua Fizz is nice but when the unit is shipped individually it does not transport well. Picking one up in a retail store where it can be inspected first should be fine.
