No more cans

I love the one touch..such a relief not to run out of sparking water. Love the variety of flavor drops. The Diet Coke is delicious.

Poor design

DO NOT BY THIS MODEL. If you must, please read on. If you want carbonated water, then, yes that is what it does. However, in a year's time of owning the machine. Water splashes every where in the machine while carbonating. I followed the recommendation of how to carbonate,and yet, still water goes everywhere. It creates a mess every time and mold accumulated often.
Another issue with this design, is that, it is not one handed friendly like other models. Trying to make a drink can be difficult while holding my small children. Even opening the machine when done carbonating has proven to be troublesome as some times I need to wait 20 seconds until the pressure loss will allow me to open the unit. DO NOT BUY THIS MODEL.

We had a Penguin for many years. Unfortunately it started leaking gas and I had to change it against an Acua Fizzer. We are still very happy with it, even though i loved the look of the Penguin better.

The soda stream works very will. Still getting use to using the amount of flavoring. I believe in the long run this will save me money and I know I’m helping save the environment by using less plastic bottles.

I can't even express how much I love the One Touch SodaStream, It is my favorite pandemic purchase, even more than an ice cream maker! While we had already switched to cans from plastic bottles for our sparkling water habit, I love that this really is so much more sustainable. I am happy to use my filtered tap water and reusable bottles. My only complaint is that my kids are drinking it all day whole on remote schooling and not refilling the bottles, but that has nothing to do with SodaStream!

With several visiting family members using sparkling water all day, my recycling bin was full of cans and bottles. This is quick, effortless, and tastes great. When they empty a bottle, they just fill it up again and put it in the frig. One granddaughter adds cold water to make it less fizzy. Refilling it is not a "job" they mind. Perfect!!!
