Not as good as my old one

It simply doesn't work as well as my previous Soda Stream. Many more activations in order to get any fizz. Sometimes I do 7-8 activations and get nothing. I previous Soda Stream was great but the new model is a disappointment.

Don't like it! Don't like the bottles...They only hold 2 cups...The tilt over easily.Too heavy..

I love my soda stream. The only confusion is there were no instructions on how long to push the button for C02 so I had to do some experimenting. An info sheet on that would be helpful for future customers! I drink A LOT of seltzer so having the glass bottles and not having to buy so many cans I think is a huge plus environmentally and financially. I personally use the soda stream for just seltzer and think it is great!

Lovely and Loud

I judged a book by its cover and was disappointed!
Glass bottles are nice but hold less water, the stainless Steele cover opens and closes slowly and is bulky and the unit makes a VERY annoying noise every time you push the carbonating button!
I thought it was defective and was very disappointed
Also very disappointed when I discovered it was not!

So far pretty good

We are enjoying the Soda Stream and like that we are not adding to the plastic waste stream. One complaint has to do with the carrier design...it collects dripped water at the bottom of the bottle holder after each use. There is no way to drain it. Seems to me like a design oversight.

Should have gone with the cheaper one

I’m pretty dissatisfied… My friends and family have the lower priced model where all you do is select your bubble level from 3 buttons. This model you have to manually press or hold repeatedly. Its inconsistent and irritating. I should have saved money and bought the cheaper version. I have no clue why this is marketed as a higher end model. (Soda stream team, I would gladly exchange it for the cheaper one)

It’s easy to use but I HATE the design because it opens to twice its height so isn’t easy to use on the counter top due to that height and the back cover keeps falling off.

It’s hard to clean where the bottles go, and the water just doesn’t get fizzy enough or the bubbles are too small or something. Bummer
