I am a huge fan of your product. After about 4 years my Penguin broke. Something went wrong with the nozzle and I could not connect a CO2 cartridge without it venting all the gas from the cartridge. So, I bought the Aqua Fizz just to try something different. In comparison I just like the Penguin better. It was easier to close. The Aqua Fizz requires that I carefully insert the white "doohickie" into the bottle and it just is not as easy to use. Also, my initial impression is that it is going through the CO2 cartridge quicker.

Love the bubbles! Still trying to figure out the perfect bubble factor, but one of these little 60L bottles has lasted a long time. I really like the glass bottles better than plastic, but I would like an option to do both (plastic to go).

What I love: product quality, how well the bottles and caps hold their fizz, the flavor options, and how good it all tastes.
What I don't love: installation/set up instructions were not specific to this model, multiple shipment issues (one order was delivered to the other side of the state).

We had the basic, first Soda Stream sold in the USA years ago. Thought this new model would be easy to use, not so. Difficult to open and remove carbonated water bottle.

I bought this soda stream about a year ago. I used to have the penguin and I have several glass carafes and wanted to continue using them. It was working well, however, it now takes up to 5 minutes to be able to open it up. I love soda stream and i will continue using them but i'm afraid i'm going to have to throw this one out and buy another. Sadly, it's a lot of money to waste.

I bought this product several months ago, while I like it better than the other soda stream products, I am still disappointed that the water seems to quickly lose its carbonation.

Are you making sure to screw on your bottle cap tightly between servings? Also are you using cold water to carbonate? Cold water holds the carbonation significantly better than room temperature water.

We never run out of Seltzer. No more trips to the grocery store for Seltzer - which almost always turned into a $50 visit once various other items were added to the shopping cart. (That's the real money-saving aspect of our sodastream.) It's easy and convenient. No electricity required, yay! I'm happy about glass bottles instead of plastic. Only 4 stars because he says the plain carbonated water has a flavor, perhaps that of co2. Maybe because he presses the button many times to make it very, very fizzy. Once he adds his lemon or lime juice, though, it's all good. We've been using the first co2 tank at least once a day for over a month. Haven't had to exchange it yet - we'll see what that process is like when the time comes. Overall highly satisfied!
