After 20 years our original Penguin Soda Stream gave out. As it was guaranteed for life we received a new Aqua Fizz. The new one is an improvement in all ways over the old one.

We love our Aqua Fizz! Two pumps is enough for sparkling water. Make sure you follow the instructions to dispense the CO2, otherwise the water will be quite flat. Customer service was excellent and quick to respond.
There are two issues, but neither is significant enough for us not to enjoy the machine. The bottles should hold more water; for us one bottle is not enough for two adults per meal. The closing mechanism requires two hands to operate. I would prefer if the metal holder would automatically tilt back into the machine as you close the lid.

Just got this sodastream-Aqua Fizz and loving it! Really happy to be limiting exposure to so much plastic mixing my own drinks and using the glass carafes. Experimenting with CO2 and syrup amounts and flavors so some are wins, other not so much!

I first say the sodastream at my sister’s home. She has an older version. So, I reviewed the models and chose Aqua Fizz. It is steam-line and fits nicely on my counter and the glass carafes are attractive and sturdy. It is extremely easy to operate, no more lugging bottles of sparkling water from the store, I simply make it at home. I love it.

Thank you for exchanging the streamer when the bottle was locked up and could be released.
The new streamer came with a different kind of gas bottle. Now we don't know what to do with the bottle we had purchased. Can it be returned?

Seems to make way bubblier water and uses less CO2. Only complaint is why so much plastic. There must be a way to design the mechanism and use less plastic.
