Perfect replacement

Canned and bottled sparkling water took a major price hike lately. I had a previous soda stream but it stopped working. Went to bottles and canned water. Did the math and started realizing how much I would save. Altho I still like Topo Chico better this is a great substitute.

Nice replacement for my aged Penguin

I finally had to replace my original Penguin, and was worried that this one wouldn’t be as good. It actually takes less space, looks nicer, and makes finer bubbles, which I really like. I’m deducting a star because it doesn’t feel as rugged as the Penguin, but we’ll see!

Water accumulates inside and sometimes gets stuck

I like the glass bottles, although they're a bit small. However, the machine is badly designed. No matter how delicate you are, the bottle comes out wet and water accumulates in the bottom, which is hard to clean out because of a plastic piece in there to keep the bottle centered. What's worse is that sometimes after fizzing you can't open it (there's a reddit about this, without a solution). You can force it hard and it eventually opens, but eventually it's gonna break since it's made of plastic.

Better than a CO2 syphon

The Aqua Fizz is producing very bubbly water which takes a large amount of CO2. I will be lucky to get 5L of soda water from one tank of CO2.
