My husband loves his machine and uses everyday. After a year and a half, we were having a little difficulty with our first one, but it was still under warranty and was able to be replaced. Customer service was SOOOO helpful and easy to work with and super responsive. I recommend this machine and this company to everyone! Fantastic!

Doesn't always seal

I love what my grand-daughter refers to as "bubble water" and love soda stream for providing this treat. I recently purchased glass bottles and they did not fit my current soda stream, so I purchased an Aqua Fizz. Half the time, it doesn't seal, so the water is pushed into the holding cup and not fizzed, wasting whatever CO2 was used. The cup doesn't come off, so I have to turn the entire product over the sink to drain the water. When it works, it is wonderful!

Two tries and two flops - no fizz either time.

Several years ago we purchased an SodaStream product but it did not effectively introduce the CO2 into the water after repeated tries (and following the instructions). Recently purchased an Aqua Fizz thinking it might work better; no luck AND NO FIZZ!
