This is my 3rd Sodastream machine. Love the glass bottles that go in the dishwasher and have no expiry date. Would recommend.

Bought this mid December to replace buying the bottled water.
So far I love it. It does have an interesting sound when creating bubbles but once you know that is normal everything is good.

Great little device

I really like this soda water maker-- it is quite easy to use and effective. I am very glad there's an option with glass water bottles since part of the reason I wanted one of these gadgets in the first place was to avoid drinking seltzer that has been sitting in a plastic bottle.
I would say that the instructions, such as they are, that are packed with the SodaStream need to be improved. There was no indication of how long one should press the carbonation button for different levels of fizz in the water, or what to listen for (an abrupt buzzing type noise) to be able to tell when the water has been carbonated. I had to go Googling to figure this out!
Overall very pleased with the item.

Seems to take more pumps

Seems to take more pumps (12-15) than its predecessor before it honks. Otherwise works great. Nice and easy to open when pumped up.

Good flavor options, carbonation is good, and has a sleek design. Very pleased with it.
Only drawback is that the gas runs out fast, I think I might have gotten 30-40 uses within 20 days gas was gone. Maybe I got a bad bottle, otherwise it’s a good machine.

Enjoying the bubbles!

It was easy to set up, doesn't take too much room on the counter top, and the glass bottles are easy to throw in the dishwasher to clean. And as a hardcore diet soda drinker, I'm really pleased with the flavors. I'm finally drinking more (bubbly) water.

I love how easy to use this little gadget is. Also, it’s great that I can get a refill of the canister at my local shops, when needed. The sugar free options taste great and there’s a good variety.
I’m a little unsure about performance. We’ve followed directions perfectly but if we save the soda until the next day, it isn’t very fizzy at all. Basically, it’s only fizzy the day you make it. (We are making sure the water is cold and that we let it sit for a minute in the Aqua Fizz before taking it out; also make sure it’s capped tightly afterwards.)
I’m curious if the sodas are really meant to be consumed the same day or what the expected refrigerator life is of these beverages.
