Ten Minutes from Package Arriving to Drinking Delicious Sparkling Water!

Why did it take us so long? We drink sparkling water out of cans and bottles all day long…and between the wasted material and the expense…it was past time for a change. Loving the ease of use and quality of sparkle produced by this machine! It’s a keeper!

I was very excited to try a Soda Stream as I am addicted to bubbly water. However, the bottle design is odd - the bottom (colored) piece is separate from the clear plastic and there is a big enough gap that moisture/condensation collects in it - which frankly grosses me out as it means bacteria can also live in there. As for the bubbles, it's output is really good but if unless you add flavor, you get a distinct gas flavor that is kindof a bummer as even with flavor, it can be detected. Overall, I'll stick with it and try to hone different recipes to mask the CO2 but I had higher hopes.

It broke and we are desparate!

I bought this for my husband as a christmas present. We use it often and loved it but it just stopped working the other day. After 8 months, it only spews water everywhere. We were hoping to find the receipt and get a replacement but they send so many unsolicited notices that we cannot find the original one. Unless we find a way to get the company's assistance, I think we will do our research and try another brand. Bummed.

Bought the machine a week ago and haven’t stopped using it. I bought mine for a couple of reasons; one to save on plastic,2 to control the amount of carbonation in my drinks.
