So far, so great! Easier than buying cases of water; MUCH better for the planet than buying cases of water. I haven’t tried flavors yet, but I will.
Directions in box said CO2 cartridge tilts in, but it doesn’t; it gets inserted straight up from the bottom. I emailed the company just to let them know in case they wanted to change it, and the response I got was that they’re glad I was able to figure it out.
Overall, this is an outstanding product.

Hooray for bubbles!

I purchased an Aqua Fizz because my very old Soda Stream Penguin would no longer seal. When I first tried it out, minimal bubbles. Oh no! I called a customer service representative and she helped me out. Everything works great, and the customer service was excellent!

On this model, you cant see the bubbles. There isn't a window - they probably charge more for that. Marketing...

So elegant

I fear they’re one day going to discontinue this model because it’s been so underrated. Using the sliding mechanism that automatically opens before inserting a bottle never gets old. Simply placing the glass bottle inside the stainless steel carafe is so much nicer than having to twist a plastic one in like on the other models. This device is built VERY well too. It’s pretty heavy and makes for a solid appliance to keep on the countertop. I think they could improve the design to give it less of a footprint and perhaps change the colors up, but this one here is still the best. The glass bottles alone should be the reason you get this one!

I have had the one touch for about three weeks. I use it every day. It is easy to use, if you follow the directions. It will definitely pay for itself in the long run.

Love our One Touch!

We wish we had purchased our Sodastream years ago! It’s super easy to use and is environmentally friendly. I love how the One Touch has three levels of fizz to choose from. The lowest fizz setting is great and allows us to refill so many bottles with the CO2 cartridge.
