Quality Issues

We have had an earlier model for several years it has been excellent.
Sadly it did eventually start to fail so we ordered another.
Unfortunately the unit that we received had issues with being able to hold pressure adequately. Customer service was excellent, worked with us, and we have a new unit on the way.
Hopefully it will be better, but we do have to say that the overall build quality and feel of this unit does not compare to what was being produced previously. My understanding is the earlier version is no longer available.

Love it!

I’m addicted to seltzer and got tired of accumulating empty one liter bottles. I bought the one touch and use maximum fizz. We like unflavored fizzy water so much better than store bought flavored seltzer. My only complaint is the directions are terrible. I had to call when I first got it because I couldn’t get it to work. You have to hit the button twice. Who knew?

Worst product Ever

This type of soda stream will only use the bottle for a few pumps then even though the bottle it still full it stops working! How do I return this defective product?
