[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Review for ThinkVision M14t USB-C Mobile Monitor with Touch Screen Is the perfect partner for travel and out of office work, but I have even found myself pulling out the monitor atbthe office due to the amazing display and user friendlyness of the touchscreen and excellent resolution
The monitor has a nice appearance, etc. but it does not work with my X1. So, my rating is based on the fact that THERE IS NO CHAT OR OTHER OPTION TO ASK SOMEONE TO HELP. Real service includes at least a chat function - to a human, not a bot - or a tech support phone number.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The M14t is an upgrade from the M14 in that it is touch-sensitive; the potential downside for office applications is that it contains a glossy screen versus a matte one, which means glare from every light source. That said, it is plenty bright for in-office use, matching my E14 laptop, and though only 1080p, is plenty sharp for a screen this size. Connectivity is pretty good, with USB-C connection that allows for power pass-through to a laptop that, like the E14, only has a single USB-C connector reserved for the power block. The built-in stand is great, and adjustable, though this only works in the landscape position. I do a lot of document review, so I like to be able to orient it in portrait mode. This is possible, but it requires either an elevated stand, or some kind of stand that allows various degrees of tilt and possibly a 90 degree USB-C adapter. It can stand on its own vertically, but is easy to topple and sits straight up and down which I would not recommend (I would have given it 4.5 stars if possible and deduct half star for lack of rotatability). Finally, the touch screen aspect is really great for document review, but for some reasons when I put my laptop on extended screen (multiple screen) with another monitor, when I touch the panel it affects my external monitor not the panel itself. It may have something to do with assignment of the screens as "primary". Just discovered it yesterday so have yet to work it out but probably not a quirk that is unfixable.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Exactly as advertised. Sleek, lightweight, game changer for improved productivity when traveling. Easily fit into my laptop bag and just works.
Recently purchased as my work is mobile these days. Screen quality is good touch responce is okay. Glitches regualirly when switching orientation and beeps incessantly when laptop is in sleep mode. Really annoying that the 2 usb-c are on opposite sides.
There's a definite place for this product. I think they'll get there on the next version. For now not worth the money.
