Wrong version with Pour Service

My husband purchase 2021 version and was sent 2019 version. He has been on phone with 4 reps over the last week promising they will send the correct version but still nothing. Absolutely poor service and issue still not resolved.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I'm so happy to purchase the Microsoft Office Home & Business 2019. I love Excel, Word, Outlook and Power Point. I had Libre Office that came with my all in one computer but hated it. So I am very pleased that I have Microsoft Office!!!
I would recommend this to a friend!
