[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this product in exchange my honest review by Influenster and the Main Access brand. First of all, I had to tweak it to make it work because we needed it to go in the water and attach to our deck but once installed it works great!! Especially, I like the graduated size of the steps and how they are smooth and wide enough for a sturdy step up or down!! We did not use the poles underneath! Highly recommend this product

Both experiences were great . I did not put this together yet because it is early March in Wisconsin, and nowhere to store it for the next three months until it can be used.

Sturdy and with detailed info on how to assemble

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My family and I love this ladder and will be using it this summer alot once we build our outdoor above the ground pool in the backyard. It's super sturdy and came with detailed info on how to assemble. Thank you Influenster.
I'm currently storing this ladder in pieces all over my house because I don't have the original box it came in hence the not so great picture.
This arrived on a windy and rainy day recently. There was no shipping or tracking info uploaded yet on the Influenster website so I had no idea it had arrived. By the time I found this outside of my house the box was soaked through, torn and some parts of the ladder had fallen out of the box and rolled onto the sidewalk. When I went to lift the rest of the box with the remaining of the ladder inside, the bottom of the box gave away and rest of the ladder fell out. Had it been a nicer day, this ladder could have been stolen by porch pirates.
Influenster, please update shipping info ASAP. I'm removing one star from my review because of this.

As sturdy as pool ladders come!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Amazing pool ladder. First, let me start by saying, Main Access is an incredibly accommodating and helpful company. Not only did I have a question regarding installation, as you see, the box arrived very damaged and I was missing a piece. I had a replacement part within 3 days and my question answered within a minute. After reading the instructions and calling the company, installation took about 2 hours, which is nothing. The ladder itself is extremely sturdy and I can see it holding up for years to come (and we are in the pool every day). Very stable, even when my 250 pound husband uses it, it literally does not budge. We decided to go with 200740T Comfort Incline for the inside steps and what a great choice that was. I really love the look of this ladder too. The taupe color is a great change from white, which tends to get so dirty and is hard to clean. It will be a nice break not having to scrub my ladder weekly. A little tip I have is read the instructions really well. It will be very confusing if you don't fully read them before starting, that was my only mistake. I also weighted the ladder down with pool sand (80 pounds total). This isn't necessary at all but I feel it provides longevity and with a ladder that I love this much, I want it to last as long as possible. Extremely pleased!!!

Amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok so, first thought on getting this in the mail was wow! Huge heavy box lol. Its insanely durable and I feel completely safe having my family using this for our pool this summer! Its not cheap looking like our previous ladder that didnt last.
