My one and only complaint is how the stickers would not come off cleanly no matter what I tried. Otherwise it was an amazing purchase, not overly difficult to put together, and has been nothing but reliable.

Simple assembly and everything arrived in great shape. Within an hour I was seasoning the griddle. I have a Big Green Egg and Weber S-435 gas grill. This grill is equal in quality and we love using it. Since we got it, we have used it three times a week. If you are considering one, don’t wait. You will love this product.

This is a great griddle grill. I highly recommend doing the seasoning process at least 5 times. This has been the best griddle grill I have used and love the way it cooks. The only thing I wish was different is the cover. If it was an easy cover to use such as it being connected to the grill and just able to lift it up, it would make the grill a lot more convenient. The handles get extremely hot and can be hard to reach across the grill to hook it to the backside. A huge inconvenience for a large grill and could have easily been improved to be better. Other than that, I love it!

Everything was an after thought...

Rear oil catch doesn't stay in place. Have to check it's in the right spot every time.
Fire is uneven, I have 30-80 degree differences in heat within a 3 inch area.
The lid can't hang in the rear without hitting the oil catch.
The cloth cover is NOT water proof and without the metal lid will hold water on your grill as it sinks down to the flat top.
Pro: if I can find an even heat spot cooking on this is great. Can do large amounts of food, making meal prep easier and more efficient.
Cons: Blackstone support has left me without help. Uneven grill top (all four corner bow out), gas won't burn evenly so I get hot spots and cold spots. I smell gas and Blackstone won't identify the part needed.

Dented and Not Working

The grill cover came with a large dent. The grill handle came with rust pits. Finally, the starter does not work. Where do I go for recourse?
