Excellent griddle

Works well, only loses a star for less than expected heat distribution. There are clear hot spots visible with an infrared camera. Once you know where they are it's easy to work with though, and sometimes you want some things at a lower heat anyways.

Did not come with wheels or grease catch

I purchased this through Avion Visa and it came without the wheels, grease cup, hard cover handle, LPG hook, and LPG support (parts #5, 8,9,10 and 11 in the manual)
