Seasoning was simple with Blackstone's new seasoning product. Repeated the process 5 times and then put the griddle in the oven for an hour at 500 degrees. It came out perfectly black with no oil residue.

The griddle is awesome! Cooked cheesesteaks the night we received. Easy to assemble. Only issue is that the cover came with a missing nut.
