We bought this to use with our RV we will be getting next year. We watched the video on how to season the griddle and it took us less than an hour to complete. We have used it several times since and are very pleased with it. I would highly recommend this product. Now I need to get a case for it!

I'm generally pretty impressed so far. I am coming over from a lifetime of a Coleman grill. I like the concept of cooking on a griddle quite a lot, and I particularly like the fact that I can use metal tools on it with apparent impunity (though I admit this still freaks me out). I don't know if it's just mine but the starter won't light until I've done it about 3 times and seems very finicky for being brand new. And if, probably when, it gives up completely and I have to go to match lighting, the grill design makes that a major pain. So I'm concerned about that and that's why it's only getting 4 stars. Cooking results have been pretty stellar so far, even cooking eggs.
