Nice grill but not hot enough

I bought this grill last week for a camping trip. I have a larger model at home and we love it but this 17” unit can’t build enough heat to cook quickly. I tried two different propane sources but it was the same either way. I’m usually a fan of Blackstone products but I would try the 22” model with two burners instead.

Missing purchased carry bag

My fiance and I purchased this is June along with the carry bag. Shipping did not include the carry bag. The fulfillment of the order was not complete.

17 in griddle

I bought this because good name.Clean tray in back makes easer to scrape to back.But the griddle does not get hot enough. I seared a roast in house on stove it seared well but caused lots of smoke. Next time I used griddle, no size not much smoke and did nit sear. Just not hot enough on sear.

Totally loved this griddle , difficult to regulate the heat though, no really low setting (hubby burned the bacon )
