Nice Griddle

Perfect size for empty nesters whom enjoy all the different ways of cooking. Made my own cover on day one. Then made a wind screen out of 3 flaps from the shipping box. Gets plenty hot until you load it up all at once with cold food. Then it does take a while to get back up to temperature. I'm a newbie so it will take a couple of tries to figure out the temperature thing. Tried bacon first and that went well. Next tried a couple frozen burger patties and with the addition of a ThermaPen instant read I was able to cook perfect medium burgers. Next on my list was hash brown potatoes and fried eggs. I used dehydrated potatoes which were too wet but still came out very good. Just took a while. The fried eggs, sunny side up were amazing. I have a laser temp gun to help me move the eggs around on the flat top to hot spots. I am impressed.

Tabletop Griddle

I bought the 17” tabletop griddle and I have really enjoyed it. It works perfectly for just my wife and I. I like not having to use a huge griddle to cook a little bit of food.

This grill has been absolutely amazing. The welding on the grill where it hooks in could have used maybe a bit more finesse but other than that it was pretty great
