Paid a lot more money for a hood which had a screw missing on one side and I had to fix myself. Grill itself works well though seems well built.

It’s everything I hoped it would be, the only thing that I would suggest improving upon is the lip in the front, make it a little higher so food doesn’t spill over. In retrospect I really should’ve ordered a 22 inch rather than a 17

Totally loved this griddle , difficult to regulate the heat though, no really low setting (hubby burned the bacon )

Nice grill but not hot enough

I bought this grill last week for a camping trip. I have a larger model at home and we love it but this 17” unit can’t build enough heat to cook quickly. I tried two different propane sources but it was the same either way. I’m usually a fan of Blackstone products but I would try the 22” model with two burners instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I can cook almost the entire meal on this griddle. Everything has turn out delicious so far. Being a vegetarian, this works great for vegetables, black bean burgers, vegetable hotdogs. I do eat fish and the griddle works great for that too.

I wold give it a 5 star rating but for the lack of support from Blackstone. They are basically no existent right now; haven't returned calls or responded to any emails. I had a couple small issues when I first got it but used Facebook groups to fix them as I couldn't get any response from Blackstone. Be prepared that if you get a Blackstone product you are on your own should shouldn't happen to it.

This product came with stickers all over it. When I peeled the stickers off the hood it took the finish off with them. Now I have two spots on the hood. Thanks Blackstone.
