Great for patio or RVing

Fabulous addition to the arsenal of patio cooking tools. Much rather cook outside in the heat than heat the house with the stove on. Very versatile, did a salmon filet skin down and done as well and as fast as other filet on the BBQ.

This was our first Griddle and it has been awesome. Cooks great and was easy to season the griddle top. Much easier than we thought it would be. Just be sure to use the Blackstone seasoning grease!!
