Grill not getting hot

I bought this grill about a month ago. I seasoned it 5x. While seasoning the grill the blackstone seasoning (butter). Smoked off like it was supposed to. Used the grill tonight (17”) ad turned it on high. The temp did not get up to 300*. I turned off the grill, turned off the poplin tank and started over. Still grill did get above 300*. Turned off grill, turned off propane tank, disconnected propane tank. Reconnected propane tank, turned on propane tank, turned on grill to high and waited 15 minutes, grill still did not exceed 300*. Need help as to why grill will not get to more than 300*. Don’t recall temp when seasoning the grill, but it did smoke off the oil like I said above. Now it will not smoke the oil while cooking.
Oh, and I forgot that I use an infrared thermometer when checking the grill temp.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Model 2143 17" griddle stand

Went together easy seems super solid. Good, easy to use adjustments on the legs and simple breakdown for storage in the rv. Downside is they weigh almost as much as the griddle, not really but very heavy and i had to remove my add on leveling feet. Not such a big deal though the legs to have a 3 position adjustment with should suffice for most things. All in all a quality upgrade.
