The black stone 17” is the perfect mix of size and portability. It has the quality to be used in a permanent set up but is small enough to use for tailgating/camping trips.

17" adventure ready griddle, does everything but s

I got the one with a smaller detached metal griddle cover. I was hoping it was hot enough to sear steaks but with only 12500 but it really does not get as hot as my full size griddle. Also with the smaller griddle, you can feel the heat coming around the sides of the griddle. Also the grease splatters all around the griddle on the table. More portable than the full size griddle but not as hot and messy splatters. Cooks veggies, eggs, pancakes like a champ. Just got to figure out how to sear the meats better... one guy mentioned reducing air flow on the sides of the griddle.
I would recommend this to a friend!
