Good but needs wind blocks

It is a good griddle for two people maybe three I would definitely purchase the wind blocks for this griddle as if there is any kind of breeze you will lose around 100° to 150° these wind blocks will help keep it up to temp for searing up some burgers and whatever else other than that griddle seems to be good

The Blackstone cooking surface is ideal for all kinds of eggs, fish, beef, pork and poultry, very nice even heat.
