This is our third Blackstone for @Buyo4AK (not because the others failed, because we live on an island and recreate on the mainland). Of the three, I’d say the 17” Is actually my favorite. Even though it’s the smallest, it feels like it has the highest BTUs per square inch, and he’s the most evenly. I can’t imagine using anything else.

Purchased the 17”tabletop griddle and it has proven to be worth every penny. I use it for camping and this griddle can make darn near anything.
