Easy to assemble. Just came back from camping and used it for first time. It is compact, got carry case so it easy to pack. It cooked great and evenly. Made a variety of foods, from pancakes, eggs, bacon, potatoes, burgers, chicken, and all were delicious. Definitely recommend.
