I my credit card was promptly charged. But there have been excessive delays after delays. The website indicated my cooling unit would arrive in 6 to 8 business days. After placing the order, I am told that is made to order and takes 6 to 8 weeks. It has been about 6 weeks already, and I have twice been told the unit would be shipped on a particular date, and that day comes and goes with no shipment. Meanwhile, it is the heat of summer and my wine is not getting cooled.

Does not work for more than a few years. Registration for warranty website does not work and communications with the company are a hassle. Do not recommend this product!

Great unit to cool down a 150 cf box. This was a replacement for an older Wine mate/Vino temp unit and it’s much more noisy unfortunately. The dimensions were spot on.
