So far I've used it 2 times now and I have nothing negative to say about it. It's nice and soft and doesn't hurt when my husband thrusts it into me while I use it during sex. Most things I've tried hurt when they get pushed against my c**t too hard. I love all the different modes it has as well.

I bought this item for my wife and I to explore our sexual relations. Yes soft , safe but only after 2 charges it stoped taking a charge now it’s useless. We were dedicated customers of plus one as we have many other items. Now we are just stuck with a defective product.

i bought this about a year ago and shes been AMAZING! but all of the sudden, it stopped working. i plugged it in and the light didnt turn on, and it wouldnt turn on even before or after i charged it. it makes me really sad to think of throwing her away but im not sure what to do about it. the manual said nothing about it shutting off and i cant find anything online, if anyone has any idea what to do that would be amazing! thank you!
