Died after only a few weeks

I bought this three weeks ago and it already died. The light still turns on but the device no longer vibrates. It was good before but just very disappointed in the life of the device.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought one about 2 years ago and it stopped charging so I replaced it with a new one and I love it. It has a long lasting battery life and so many different speeds perfect for solo or with a partner. Just bought a wand I hope it’s just as great !!
