Great but..

I got this a month ago and it has worked a few times but it will shut off even when I charge it for hours. Now it will charge but it doesn’t work. I am very disappointed.

I love how soft it is, how quiet it is and the fact that it's totally water proof. It has several setting and is rechargeable. It could be more powerful...
