Great while it lasted

Bought this about one month ago and used it roughly 5 times (some alone and done with a partner). The contour and the shape are incredible and, of all products that I’ve tried over the years, this one wins. Also pretty discreet (I used it while gaming and it was silent).
However, after a couple uses, it suddenly stopped vibrating. Left out on charger for a couple of hours to see if that was the issue but still doesn’t vibrate. Not sure what happened but was sad to see that it didn’t last longer.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I bought this for my wife but ended up using it on myself also. She was thrilled to see that it wasn't 9 inches long and 9 inches wide it was the perfect size. I also love the 10 vibration settings it has and so easy to charge I will recommend this to all our couple friends and I'm sure they'll love it too.

I was skeptical about buying this little jewel! (Fan of dual pleasure here!!) However, within only seconds, was I 100% satisfied and grateful too, for my purchase! With 10 vibration settings, you're bound to find a favorite one, or three! The first two settings are of a steady vibration, only different levels of intensity! Setting 3 is a steady pulse with a high intense level long vibration. #4 has 5 intensity vibration levels alternating at a steady yet very rapid pace. #5 is a steady rhythm of high intensity pulsing at med speed, while 6 has a slow pulse (long vibration that increases intensity levels during each pulse. #7 is of high intensity with a pattern of 3 short and rapid vibrations followed by a long one. 10 short vibrations, each of a different intensity level, changing at a steady pace at med speed. *Personal Fav. #9 has a unique pattern. 5 long, slow vibrations, followed by 5 medium level, med speed vibes and then unknown amount of short vibes at a very rapid speed. And finally, the 10th setting; high intensity, 2 vibes at med speed, 4 short rapid vibes and one long one - another favorite!! Oh and my other favorite, (this one the absolute fav) setting is the second one! Just something about that steady vibration of high intensity!!

No charging cord

I just bought the plus one personal massager and open it later that day only to find out the charging card was missing. The package didn't seem to be open or anything so I'm not sure what happened and I cannot return it to the store. Where do I get help?
He seems to be charged when I purchased it so I can truly say it is amazing but I would have given you a 5- but the charging called is missing.
