Pleasurable but unreliable

I bought this about 1 month ago and I used it plug it back in and then fully charged it and then it would not work it died very shortly after turning it on the second time

This is my first time buying a toy from myplusone company and I am thrilled with it. product charged in under 30 minutes it is very quiet the material is smooth the toy is just good comfort I would recommend this product and I would like to buy more upgrade in size. Definitely a woman pleasing toy!!;)
