Did exactly what I needed. I run and had a baby 9 months ago. Was noticing abnormal tightness in my pelvic floor and saw a PT. Turns out my muscles got really tight from the healing after baby and running was increasing the tightness, This device released the tightness almost immediately. Only had to use it a few times. After a run if I feel that unusual pain, it takes it away quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Good but has its problems
