I bought this as a gift for my wife. She loves this product. From opening the box it is impressive. Velcro seal window box case allows you to see the size of the product. The charging cable is nice and is USB. The product arrived charged which was nice. Easily cleaned and had no weird or offensive scent like some toys. In use she loved the product and was quite happy afterwards. Highly recommend.
