My husband and I stumbled across this little gem one day and decided to try it out. I have struggled with o's and so we thought this would help. I tried it out in the shower one day so I could be alone without my "anxiety judgment". 10 seconds later, I thought I was going to fall out of the shower! When I say that it doesn't take long to achieve what you're looking for, I'm not exaggerating. This little guy is amazing and you'd be more than happy with it in your side table.

I can’t express how much I love this product. I recently moved and had lost mine but ran to the store to buy another one. It’s the perfect size to hold, and not super loud. It’s definitely something you should try.
