First one had to be returned because it was missing the Cold Gel attachment. The replacement had all the attachments but the Cold Gel attachment will not stay on. The second you turn the device on the head vibrates off. The Thermal Heat head needs to be push back on repeatedly to keep it connected to the power pins. Will be returning it tomorrow.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You get what you pay for, and if I had paid full-price it would be getting returned. The heated accessory takes forever to heat up and usually done with it before it gets "warm".
It doesn't feel like 3 or 4 levels of intensity it just goes from low to high. I like how I'm not dependant on a battery and just have it plugged into my desk and use it throughout the day for me neck.
Next time I'll spend a little more and try to find something that works a bit better, but this gets the job done for now, still trying to figure out which accessory is best for me.

This is the exact product that I was looking for to fulfill my needs! The price was great. the ordering was easy! Delivery was on time. It has many attachments for working in different areas to relieve pain and muscle tension. I would totally recommend buying this excellent product for pain relief and more.
