Attachments unexplained/Could cause harm

The instructions did a great job explaining the hot and cold attachments. On the remaining seven attachments, they are listed with pictures. More details regarding the use/purpose of these attachments are needed. I took this to my Physical Therapist and she explained the attachments. Her explanations could have easily been added to the instructions. Two of the attachments could have caused more harm to my neck if I had used them. Please consider adding the attachment details to future products. Many of us are advised to buy these, but we are not knowledgeable in the use. To use a familiar saying, "Help us help ourselves."

Attachment H doesn't fit base. When you turn massager on, it comes off of base, won't stay on. Can't reach Homedics by phone. On hold nearly hours. Gave up.

Lightweight but disappointed

The attachment that you use for heat that has metal on it, falls off repeatedly. The other attachment that has the blue soft plastic type stuff on it won't even fit on the massager. Have had a Homedics massager that was much nicer than this that hadn't been to use often and got a short in the cord. It cannot be used any longer. If there was a place I could take my old Homedics massager to to have the cord fixed I would. It's the best massager I ever owned.

Not powerful at all. This is supposed to be for deep tissue? Hardly. I've had a lot of bad luck lately with Homedics products. They used to be the best quality. Definitely not now. Also, why in the world is the cord so short?
