We had one that wore out/quit after several years of daily use. This unit arrived and immediately was put into use. Thanks. It is getting daily use. We consider it a necessity after having back and neck surgery several years ago.

Getting another one with my recall money. The last one's electrical cord snapped while in use sending up a mini fireball. Liked it and used it a lot until then.......
