Not a great product

I wanted to love this but it has issues. The attachments fall off constantly. The heat doesn't work. The vibration is so strong that even on the lowest setting I can't use it on my neck as it makes me nauseous. Pretty disappointed, unfortunately.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this to complement 2 other homemedics massagers I have. It's very nice and the gentle massage on bony parts (feet, shoulders, etc.) Is nice. Only negative that I see is the cold therapy head won't stay on. Clearly a design flaw but for the money, it works well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Short on power, attachments fell off

This massager is short on strength/power. Two of the attachments kept falling off. Yes, we read and followed the instructions, but, regardless, all or none of the attachments should remain in place and secure. If it was user malfunction, it would be safe to say none of the attachments would be work/securely attach. I have already requested return instructions. So disappointed...

I bought this a week ago the attachments fall off. When you let off pressure attachments fall off. Very maddening.!!!

Doesnt really heat up

My hard working hubby. We tested out all the different heads. The one that is suppose to heat up doesnt really work. We only tired the soft squishy bead head on my back and it to me was very painful. He liked it the gift as a whole. If you have a tender back i would suggest not to buy. Otherwise its a decent product.

Great massager

My wife likes it a lot. She has chronic neck and back pain. It seems to help a lot. She says the heat doesn’t get as warm as she thought it would ( barely noticeable) and some of the attachments won’t stay on.
I would recommend this to a friend!
