New batch is BAD

I tried the one in my sister’s house that was bought 2 years ago and that was awesome. I bought one in Dec 2024 and the machines are so different. It’s the same calf and foot model but they removed Vibration and Heat Feature. There is something protruding where the toes go and it hurts the feet. Completely different experiences. I don’t like the newer model at all.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to wear socks because if i don’t the massage hurts my feet but with the socks on it feels wonderful. I love the different settings for different massages. I really like how it adjust so i am able to use sitting in different chairs. I also like how you can remove the liners and wash them. I have no complaints about this product.

I've had this unit for over 2 months now and it is MIRACULOUS what it has done for my feet. I'm 72 years old and it has improved my walking wonderfully !!!
DEEP MASSAGE THAT IS COMPLETELY PLEASURABLE. I recommend it to anyone !!!
