The massage part works very well, but after using it for about 10 minutes with the heat turned on, it only seemed to heat up a little bit.

This product does not warm up beyond tepid. Also the vibration just wasn’t as strong as I needed it. I am a deep tissue person and this just wasn’t quite hot enough or strong enough for me. It’s going back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We are sorry to hear this. The massager will provide a vibration massage with low, mild heat. If this is not intense enough for you, we suggest trying one of our percussion massagers. We recommend returning the massager to the place of purchase if it does not suit your needs.

Decent massager but be careful of cords

I have had this for about a year and feels decent. I've used other handled massagers that were better a getting deeper into the muscles but this one does provide comfort.
I would've given it three stars but after using it for 7-8 months the cord at the bottom became a little loose so that you could see exposed wires. When turning on the massager multiple times now I've had to create a huge spark and at one point blew my fuse. It left me with a burn on my thigh.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
