Excellent product; better instructions needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every piece of this pitcher is well-engineered. Parts fit well together. Small filter. Easy to assemble. Filling is simple. But I need better instructions. Bullet points would be nice with the basics - how to charge the cylinder, how long the charge lasts, how long the filter lasts, what the lights mean.

Love the filter

Love the filter and the overall look of the pitcher but filling the water could be improved. Leakages are common and creates a wet mess which is problematic for putting back into the fridge or elsewhere. But the water tastes absolutely amazing!

Great - the only pitcher I'll ever need!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've tried several pitchers over the years - Britta, Zero, built-in to my Samsung refrigerator. This is clearly the best ever! The design is nice, and for whatever reason to flavor of the water is outstanding. Knowing that any bacteria or viruses, whether initially in the water, in the pitcher, or that grow after I fill it are getting zapped is reassuring. The filter itself seems to be the most compact and easy to change. And the self-opening hopper is great for refills. And fits nicely in my refrigerator for cool refills. Very happy!

Spills as much as it pours

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great looking pitcher, and I love the idea that it's getting consistently cleaned (versus other pitchers which get disgusting pretty quickly). But, the spout spills out as you pour it, creating a mini mess everything you use it. The panel into the pitcher is also unreliable - unless I hit it at the perfect angle, it will not allow water to go into the pitcher. Considering pouring water and replacing water in the pitcher are 2 of the top 3 or 4 parts of a water pitcher, I'm disappointed.

This is so easy to use and filters quickly. Fits easily in the fridge and my teenage kids love it. It’s really great to be able to have such clean water so easily and quickly.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall, this is a good water purifier. A bit pricey and was expecting a bit better of a design from pre ordering it. The top where you put water in isn’t the best design, I wish it was more functional and didn’t get water everywhere. Otherwise it’s alright. Water tastes like water, nothing special there. Wish it was a bit bigger too. The design is sleek, just not very functional.

Filtration you can taste

The packaging is beautiful and sustainable. The pitcher is elegant and functional. The set up was a breeze. And the best part, you can taste the difference not just between filtered and un-filtered water, bur the Larq filter and other filters. We love it. Thanks for building a product with a thoughtful design and great filtration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fair-have to hold open fill door, manually, purifier stitck does not turn on automatically, and only stays on for 10-12 seconds, even if water continues to flow. Lost the little booklet that explains the colors/meanings of lights on stick. If not finished filtering/purifying, will pour from both compartments.
