[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It took me a few minutes to understand the directions because I was used to the Brita pitcher we have had for many years. But once I figred it out, its a simpler purifier that purifies the water much more than the Brita. I CAN taste the difference!

Not sure my unit is working properly

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I submitted a trouble ticket because my unit doesn’t seem to be working like the instruction booklet says. But they want me to send a video and I have not had time to do that…seems like for that much money I wouldn’t have to worry about technical difficulties with a brand new unit. Not 100 satisfied to be honest.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Overall experience was good. Relatively easy to put together. Sometimes needs a bit more force to take apart. PureVis starts when filling or pressing the button. The fill flap on the lid isn’t my favorite way to fill the pitcher.
