So many issues. Have not had a single glass of water yet.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The wand did not work out of the box, so I needed to take video of it flashing pink and submit a claim. A replacement was sent and the wand works, but upon syncing with the app I get a message that the brand new filter is “depleted”. Now have to wait for a response on what to do about that.

I love the self-cleaning, which is not available by competitors. While other type of filters in the market are great, I don't have the counter space for them. Overall, it’s an investment for anyone looking to improve their water quality.

Easy to use, satisfying, and incentivizes me to drink a lot more water. Had it for about three weeks now and have been drinking about 3 bottles full of water every day.

It's a very heavy pitcher, I wouldn't say the water felt like it tasted incredibly better. There's a piece of mind that the little UV light gives, but I wish the design was just a bit more forgiving. My wrists hurt from refilling it multiple times a day!

The pitcher is high quality and easy to use. My only complaint is that it is kind of hard to get the UV wand out to charge it because you kind of have to disassemble the filtration part of the pitcher to remove it.
