First wand we were sent didn't work, had to get a replacement

Overall the pitcher looks good and seems to work well. When we first received it, the "wand" that sanitizes did not work. It took a week for Larq to respond to our ticket, but they eventually send a replacement that is working great.

The LARQ Pitcher

This pitcher was tested by an outside doctor who tests water. I was disappointed in the results. My take is that it removes contaminants, but not resistant bacteria, such as, mycobacteria. There many pages of the testing on contaminant removal, but nothing on bacteria. The only source that removes resistant bacteria is ultra violet rays; therefore, your UV-C is not effective on this bacteria. _x000D_
Then there,s the matter of the charcoal filter! Okay for contaminant removal, but not bacteria; they get right past it! _x000D_
Its a big disappointment.

Stopped working in less than 1 month

I've not even had this pitcher one month and it stopped filtering. It is fully charged and I am unclear what the issue is.
