We are on well water. It sometimes can take on an odor. No concerns when using water from our pitcher. No hard water marks. No odor. Tastes great.

but we can officially call this a love-hate relationship because I. LOVE. THIS. PITCHER. Not only does it look super futuristic in the fridge when it's flashing blue, the water tastes great and it doesn't get moldy and gross like the others we've had in the past. _x000D_

Good - but filter life is very low

So far, I absolutely love using my pitcher! It is truly amazing - from the look, to the thought behind the design, to the taste of the water itself. My only complaint is that the filter life lasted me about 6 gallons, which was significantly lower than advertised online.
