Overall, the pitcher is really good. I had issues with my wand, but the support team replaced it with a new one. I would highly recommend this product.

I'm disappointed. This is supposedly hi-tech and costs a lot of money, still it has major design flaws._x000D_ 1. The lid sometimes fails to open when you're adding new water from the top. I now routinely push it down to make sure it stays open while the reservoir is being filled. How absurd that it does not open with simple water pressure? Brita's lid does._x000D_ 2. The UV unit is removable, but to remove it you need to dismantle the whole carafe. Why didn't they make it easier to just remove the battery/unit and charge it? My typical situation is I have water in the carafe. If I want to charge the unit I need to remove the lid and the whole blue piece to push it out. How inconveneient. The alternative is to leave the whole carafe out, so the water will get warm. Just silly._x000D_ 3. God forbid you start pouring water while the top reservoir is not empty, yet. The carafe will inevitably pour water from the top (unfiltered) into the opening (beak), so you will be moving unfiltered water into the filtered water reservoir, and not filtered water in your glass. This is a flaw with Brita as well, who now incorporated a malfunctioning small lid there. It would have been good to study it BEFORE releasing LARQ._x000D_ Overall, way too expensive for the flaws it has.

Great Pitcher

So far so good - like that it doesn't taste like whatever food is in my fridge (I keep my fridge clean and have odor removing items as well) and no need to worry about cleaning the pitcher as frequently. _x000D_ _x000D_ The price is steep (haven't ordered replacement filters yet) so will need to see if it all is worth it once it all adds up, but so far it is.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I actually love this. The convenience is so nice. How fast and easy it is to fill it up and then just wait a few minutes. It's great knowing my water is filtered.

I never realized how good water can taste. I grew up with fluoride in my water and each place we moved the water always tasted bad. We went to bottled water which honestly didn't taste better. Then I found Larq. Unbelievable how good water can taste and I'm relieved to know toxins are filtered out. My only wish is that the pitchers were larger. I'm constantly filling it. But if that's what I need to do, I will. I'm never going back to faucet or bottled water. I'm spoiled now!üòä
